Dr. Law was born and raised in Kingston, Jamaica and has been practicing here exclusively for twelve years. She resides in Kingston with her two children Victoria and Joshua. Dr. Law graduated from Campion College in 1986 after completing her Advanced Levels. She received her BS in Chemistry (1989) from Tufts University in Medford, Massachusetts.

Dr. Law later received her DMD degree (Dental degree) in 1993 from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine (Boston, Massachusetts), Summa Cum Laude (First Class Honours), and was her Class Valedictorian. She received the Max Perlistch Award for that student with the highest academic achievement and was ranked #1 in her class not only "in house" but also in all external examinations!

She received recognition from the Restorative Department for excellence in fixed prosthodontics (crown and bridge), awards from the American Association of Oral Pathologists and the Alpha Kappa Alpha (AKA) sorority, and several Merit Scholarships from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine.

She was elected into membership of Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU), a national dental honor society, an honor reserved for a maximum of the top 12% of the graduating class. The OKU also bestowed on Dr. Law the Dr. William S. Kramer Award for scholarship, character, the advancement of dentistry and service to humanity. She also received the OKU scholarship award which she used to continue her training at one of the most recognized and esteemed universities for orthodontic training, the University of Washington Seattle, WA, where she received tutelage and instruction from the likes of Peter Shapiro and Vincent Kokich. Dr. Law did her research in Bone Density and her research was published in the Journal of the American Dental Association (1). Dr. Law graduated in 1995 with a Certificate in Orthodontics and a Master of Science in Orthodontics (MSD). She returned home where she started her private practice and taught at the Dental AuxiliarSchool in Kingston.

Dr. Law is currently a member of the Campion College Past Student Association, the Jamaica Dental Association, where she served as Treasurer for two years, and she has served on the Dental Council of Jamaica for seven years. She is an Alumni interviewer of undergraduates for Tufts University, a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, and is Board Certified with the American Board of Orthodontics.

Away from the practice, which is a great love of hers, Dr. Law enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, horseback riding, camping, tennis, watching movies, reading, and attending services at the Swallowfield Chapel.
